What is your return policy?
All returns are accepted up to 14 days after purchase. Items may be returned for a full refund if damaged during delivery. Items must be returned in the same condition in which they arrived and may not be altered in any way. Refund amount is considered after examination of returned item, the buyer is responsible for any loss of value. Custom orders or sale items may not be returned. Return shipping is at the cost of the buyer and may be subject to a restocking fee. Please contact shop with additional questions or return information.
What are your delivery options?
All items are shipped using USPS. Smaller items are sent express mail and larger items are sent priority mail. Each package is carefully weighed for proper shipping. If you wish to have your purchase arrive with a different carrier, just contact the shop and we will be happy to arrange that option for you.
